2/9/2012 - MOUNTAIN HOME AIR FORCE BASE, Idaho -- A spouse of a U.S. Air Force Airman assigned to the 366th Fighter Wing was arrested today by the Mountain Home Police Department for alleged assault, battery and destruction of evidence in connection to the Mountain Home stabbing incident on Feb. 5.
"We are committed to the safety and security of our base and the surrounding communities and will continue to assist local law enforcement as appropriate," said Colonel Ron Buckley, 366th Fighter Wing commander.
This case still remains under investigation and the Mountain Home Police will release additional information as it becomes available.
