What service does Sergeant Sempter provide to the Gunfighters? Ensures a safe work environment for MHAFB active duty and GS employees by evaluating, recognizing, and controlling exposure to hazardous chemicals, radiation and excessive noise in the workplace.

Most memorable Air Force moment. Please explain why it is memorable? I really enjoyed seeing the first straight out of technical school Airman I supervised win senior arman below the zone.

Interesting personal fact: Prior to joining the Air Force I once helped prepare food that was served to then-President Bill Clinton.

Why does Sergeant Sempter deserve to be a warrior of the week? Sergeant Sempter has been instrumental in running our flight since he arrived here. He has taken on a number of leadership roles from overhauling our industrial hygiene program to helping train our apprentices. He continues to work hard every day to make our processes more efficient; Master Sgt. Shara Franks, noncommissioned officer-in-charge of bioenvironmental engineering.
