MOUNTAIN HOME AIR FORCE BASE, Idaho -- Garden of Life, LLC., is recalling RAW Meal Organic Shake & Meal products available in chocolate, original, vanilla, and vanilla chai, due to the products having the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. Customers who purchased these products should not consume them. Salmonella often causes fever, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain. It can also cause more severe illness in rare circumstances.

The Mountain Home AFB Public Health Office confirmed that our installation's General Nutrition Corporation carries RAW Meal Organic Shake & Meal in chocolate and vanilla. These items have been removed from the shelves. No other base establishments sold these products.

Products purchased at the base GNC may be returned for a refund or store credit.  For products purchased elsewhere, contact the location of purchase for their specific return options.
