Colonel Isaac T. Bell

Col Isaac "Switch" Bell is the Vice Commander of the 366th Fighter Wing, Mountain Home Air Force Base, Idaho. As the Deputy Commander, he serves as the principal advisor to the Wing Commander, overseeing an ACC-designated Lead Wing and operational fighter wing equipped with F-15E and F-15SG fighter aircraft. The wing is comprised of 4,200 military and civilian members that support 18 squadrons, multiple A-staff directorates, and Wing Special Staff Agencies.

Col Bell is a Command Pilot with more than 3500 flight hours. He was commissioned in May 2002 as a Distinguished Graduate of the US Air Force Academy. He is a Distinguished Graduate of both USAF Squadron Officer School and National War College, and has earned his Masters of Business Administration and Masters of National Security Strategy. Col Bell accumulated 289 combat hours in Operation Enduring Freedom, and served two tours in Southwest Asia and one in Korea. He served as the Aide-de-Camp to the Chief of Staff of the Air Force and as a Legislative Fellow, and is a graduated F-15E Squadron Commander where his squadron earned the Air Force Outstanding Unit Award. In his most recent assignment, he stood up the Joint Fires Division in the EUCOM J3 as the Division Chief.
